Pinnacle Dreams Sports Complex
Coming to Berks County
Perry Township, Berks County, PA, April 1, 2009...Tobyn J. Wysocki, President and CEO of Pinnacle Dreams Sports Complex (“Pinnacle Dreams”), announced today plans to build a state-of-the-art, championship quality, multi-sport indoor and outdoor complex in Perry Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania. Pinnacle Dreams anticipates that the complex will have four full-size baseball fields and four full-size softball fields, two full-size soccer fields that will be able to support football, lacrosse, field hockey and rugby events as well, and an 80,000 square foot indoor facility for indoor soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, basketball, volleyball, wrestling, off-season baseball and softball training, and a fitness center. At least half of the baseball and softball fields are expected to have lights, and both of the soccer fields, in addition to having lights, are also expected to be turf fields. A concept drawing of the anticipated complex is shown below.
According to Tobyn Wysocki, “we are building Pinnacle Dreams Sports Complex in Berks County, Pennsylvania because Berks County has an unfulfilled need for a championship quality sports complex to compliment the high quality of sports competition that currently exists in Berks County. We are committed to building and operating this facility not just for the impact it will have on the economy in Berks County, but also for the positive impact that such a complex will have on the quality of life for the children and adults of Berks County and beyond. Our complex will meet the diverse community needs for dozens of sports and recreation options for athletes and their families.”
Scott Wysocki, Vice President and General Manager of Indoor Sports, commented that “Berks County’s athletic needs touch many areas of our community and our goal is to evolve and grow with the community’s needs so that our facility will be a destination for families and athletes of all ages for many years to come.”

Said Todd Louviaux, Vice President and General Manager of Outdoor Sports, “one of our primary goals is for parents and grandparents to be able to relax and to want to stay at the complex not only to watch their children and grandchildren, but also to watch other sports competitions and to take advantage of what we offer throughout the rest of the facility to help their children and grandchildren achieve their highest dreams possible from their desired sports. Too often parents drop their children off and run errands or go home. We plan to give them a reason to stay – whether they enjoy a meal in our on-site restaurant while watching the events on close-circuit television, or by utilizing our wifi, retail locations and certain health and fitness activities and amenities. We will also cater to siblings who are not playing on the fields by offering an arcade and playgrounds that will be safe and fun for all who participate.”
Finally, Tobyn Wysocki remarked, “our sports complex will be top quality and first class in every aspect – from the building materials used in the construction of our complex to our employees and volunteers who will operate the facility. With more than 70 employees and volunteers, the complex will be supported by a well-trained and enthusiastic staff ready to make the experience memorable each time. Our mission is to make the complex’s playing surfaces one of the safest places to play in the country. Another unique aspect about our complex is that we plan to install a field of solar panels that will not only service all of our electricity needs, but will also generate a large quantity of excess electricity that we would be able to donate back to the local community. We also plan to use recycled materials to construct our complex to the extent that we anticipate being over 90% green, making our complex the first of its kind in the nation.”
If all necessary approvals are obtained in accordance with expected time tables, and the weather cooperates with anticipated construction schedules, Pinnacle Dreams anticipates that the first fields will be ready for their first games in March or April, 2010.
